The Grow-Getter is Dr. Sato’s signature non-surgical treatment for men seeking greater penile size. It combines hyaluronic acid filler (Voluma®) with platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Most treatments begin with approximately 5 syringes of Voluma® hyaluronic acid filler, blended with PRP to increase girth and provide a modest increase in length, with girth as the primary improvement.
Results are visible immediately following treatment and are noticeable in both the flaccid and erect states. Because the treatment is customizable, some men are satisfied after a single session, while others choose a second treatment approximately four weeks later for additional enhancement.

The Grow-Getter Shot is designed to increase penile girth and, in some cases, provide a modest increase in length. It is not intended to improve sexual function. Local anesthesia and topical numbing creams are applied to ensure the procedure is comfortable and virtually painless. To create the PRP, Dr. Sato draws a small amount of blood from the arm and processes it in a centrifuge to isolate the platelet-rich plasma. Approximately 5 syringes of Voluma® hyaluronic acid filler are blended with the prepared PRP and carefully injected throughout the penile shaft to increase girth and provide a modest increase in length.
Increased girth is visible immediately following treatment, while any mild swelling gradually resolves over the following days. Patients interested in additional enhancement may return in approximately four weeks for another session to further increase size. Following treatment, patients should avoid sexual activity and masturbation for two weeks to allow for optimal healing and results.
No special preparation is required for the Power Shot. However, wear comfortable clothing that is easy to take on and off. First, a blood sample is taken from a vein. A centrifuge spins the blood to separate its components by density, and the platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is then drawn into a syringe. Once the skin is numbed, the PRP is injected into different areas of the penis to promote cellular regeneration and rejuvenation. Following treatment, patients are encouraged to achieve an erection as soon as possible and as frequently as possible during the first few days to help distribute the PRP throughout the treated tissues and optimize results.
An ultra-thin needle is used to inject BOTOX into the scrotum after topical numbing has been applied. The treatment is completed in just a few minutes and is generally well tolerated. Over the following one to two weeks, the scrotal muscles gradually relax, creating a smoother, less wrinkled appearance and allowing the scrotum to hang more naturally.
Patients interested in both the Power Shot and Grow-Getter Shot may combine the treatments; however, Dr. Sato typically recommends receiving the Power Shot first, followed by the Grow-Getter Shot 3–7 days later. This approach allows patients to follow the post-treatment recommendations for the Power Shot before beginning the recovery period required after the Grow-Getter Shot, while maximizing the benefits of both procedures.

Patients notice increased girth immediately following treatment. Mild swelling and bruising are expected during the first several days. Final contour continues to improve as swelling resolves and the filler settles into the surrounding tissue. Men interested in additional enhancement may return approximately four weeks later for a second treatment.
After a Power Shot, there may be minor swelling in the penile area, along with some redness and bruising. These side effects typically last 4-7 days. Within 2-6 weeks, you will notice visible and functional improvements.
There is little to no downtime after Scrotox. Mild swelling, bruising, or tenderness at the injection sites may occur but typically resolves within a few days. Most men return to normal activities immediately, although sexual activity is generally postponed for 24-48h.
