Let’s Get Started
How to Begin Your Quantum by InMode Treatment Journey
Your journey with Quantum by InMode begins with a personal consultation at Dr. Erika Sato’s Abilene office. During this appointment, you’ll have the chance to discuss your aesthetic goals, problem areas, and overall skin health. Dr. Sato will assess the quality of your skin, determine whether Quantum by InMode is the right solution for you, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. She’ll also review realistic expectations for one treatment and the timeline for recommended future treatments to maintain the results.
As part of the preparation, Dr. Sato will advise you to avoid NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen), aspirin (ASA), and corticosteroids for 10 days prior to your session and for 4 weeks afterward, as these medications can interfere with the body’s natural healing and collagen-building processes. If your treatment is performed as a stand-alone procedure, she’ll also go over compression garment guidelines: typically 24/7 wear for 3 weeks, followed by nightly wear for another 3 weeks for body treatments, or 48 hours of continuous wear, followed by 4 weeks at night for face and neck areas. You’ll also be asked to refrain from high-impact activities, such as running or horseback riding, for at least 1 week post-treatment to protect the treated tissues.
If Quantum by InMode is being combined with liposuction, Dr. Sato will provide you with additional post-operative care instructions specific to that procedure. This consultation is your opportunity to ask questions, express any concerns, and feel confident knowing that your treatment plan is fully customized for your comfort, safety, and long-term cosmetic goals.
